We had an absolutely amazing stay at Santavenere in Maratea, Italy! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality and stunning Mediterranean views. The hotel's immaculate grounds, lush gardens, and private beach access made for a truly picturesque setting. We can't wait to return to this little slice of Italian heaven, and we wholeheartedly recommend Santavenere to anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating escape on the beautiful Amalfi Coast. Fabulous location with amazing gardens cascading down to a private beach. We stayed here for 5 nights . Dined in the first night, food was excellent but waiters were very annoying. They just didn’t get what service is. Ie they seemed to avoid us and then I noted it wasn’t just us. It was unnecessarily formal. Next morning there they were again. In any event we are probably a bit picky . So we walked to other restaurants and that was a good thing so we overcame the issue. We will come back next year.
